Personal data

Bladsnijmes.nl processes different types of personal data for different purposes. Below is explained which personal data and purposes these are.

Execution of purchase and manufacturing agreements
To process and deliver your order, we need your name and gender, complete company name, address details, e-mail address, payment details and your telephone number. We also need your VAT number to prepare a 0% VAT invoice. We also provide this information to third parties, for example to delivery services. We only do this if it is necessary for the execution of the (purchase) agreement to which you are a party.

Receiver

We do not share your personal data with companies, organizations and individuals outside Bladsnijmes.nl, except in one of the following circumstances.

Performance of an agreement
Disclosure of your personal data to third parties is permissible where this is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you. Part of this is the processing and delivery of your order. If this is necessary for the delivery of the products ordered by you, we use a third party for matters such as delivery, delivery, payment or another form of performance of an agreement.

With your permission
With your permission we can pass on your personal data to other parties. The consent only applies if it is clear what you are giving your consent for and what the consequences are.

For external processing

Legal obligation
If a legal obligation requires this from us, we will provide your personal data. For example, it is possible for the police to request data from us in the context of a fraud investigation. Retention period
We keep your data as long as you are our client. This means that we will keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services, unless we are legally obliged to keep your personal data longer.

Transfer of personal data outside the EU

Bladsnijmes.nl can transfer your personal data from the Netherlands to abroad. Countries within the European Economic Area (EEA) have an equivalent level of protection of personal data as the Netherlands. With due observance of the general requirements from privacy laws and regulations, we may pass on your personal data. We can do this, for example, if we send a package to another country.

Outside the EEA, we will only pass on your personal data if there is an appropriate level of protection. Bladsnijmes.nl uses Post-NL or DHL express if we send a package to a country outside the EEA

Your rights

You have a number of legal rights towards us: inspection, correction or addition, data erasure, restriction of processing, transfer of digital data and the right to object. We will explain those rights below. We also explain how you can exercise these rights against us.

Right of access
At your request, we will inform you in writing whether we process your personal data. With your request, you must identify yourself by means of a copy of your driving license or identity document. In our response, we explain which of your personal data we have processed or are still processing, and we provide
